Our client are seeking a highly organised and proactive Purchasing Administrator to join our dynamic Purchasing Department. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to become an essential part of our team.

As a Purchasing Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in handling crucial supply chain and administrative tasks, contributing directly to our procurement precision and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

Manage daily administrative tasks within the Purchasing Department to ensure smooth operations.

Assist in handling crucial supply chain workflows, Placing and tracking purchase orders

Ensure all purchasing data, purchase orders, and inventory records are accurate and up to date.

Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain strong operational efficiency.

What You'll Bring

We are searching for a dedicated professional who can bring the following skills and attributes to our team:

Previous experience working in a similar administrative or purchasing support role.

Exceptional attention to detail combined with strong numerical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with suppliers and internal teams.

The ability to prioritise tasks effectively and consistently meet strict deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Strong analytical abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

A friendly, enthusiastic, well-organised, and diligent approach to your work.

The ability to work highly effectively on your own initiative, while also being a valued, collaborative teammate.

Strong computer skills with proven proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
