Car Sales Executive

We are currently seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to join a well-established dealership group near Newbury, Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated Car Sales Executives with a proven track record in car sales or a strong sales background seeking a competitive package and career progression.

Benefits:

Basic salary £18,000 with OTE exceeding £35,000, uncapped
Company car included
Monday to Friday working hours 8.30am-6pm
Saturdays 8.30am-5pm, with alternate Sundays 10am-4pm (1 in 3 rota)
Day off during the week
33 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays

Deliver exceptional customer service and advice based on comprehensive product knowledge
Generate sales through both incoming inquiries and proactive follow-up activities
Conduct vehicle demonstrations, including test drives, ensuring customer safety and adherence to legal and internal procedures
Accurately appraise vehicles presented for part exchange
Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer and enquiry data
Follow the sales process to maximise opportunities and customer loyalty
Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies
Contribute to the team environment and support dealership objectivesRequirements of a :

Proven experience in car sales at a volume or prestige brand dealership; a track record of successful sales is essential
Strong customer service and communication skills
Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
Ability to demonstrate vehicles effectively and handle customer objections
Valid UK driving licence
Knowledge of FCA and insurance regulations is advantageous but not essential
