Are you a senior or middle-senior NHS leader - EX GP Manager - Hands-on Healthcare Manager ready to use your experience in a more strategic, developmental way?

* Develop coaching, mentoring, and reflective leadership skills
* Translate theory into real workplace impact
This isn’t classroom lecturing—it’s facilitated, experience-led learning grounded in your career.
What we’re looking for
* Senior or middle-senior management experience within the NHS or healthcare sector
* Strong understanding of the NHS Long Term Plan and clinical governance
* Experience with CQC compliance, audits, or regulatory frameworks
* Passion for developing others and sharing best practice
Teaching experience is welcome—but not essential. We value your sector expertise first.
