Hygiene manager- night shift

The Role

As Night Shift Hygiene Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

Leading and developing the hygiene team across all night shift operations

*

Ensuring full compliance with food safety, BRC, and customer standards

*

Driving continuous improvement in hygiene processes and documentation

*

Collaborating with production, technical, and engineering teams to support site-wide initiatives

*

Managing audits, training, and corrective actions with confidence and clarity

*

Supporting cultural change and embedding high standards during a period of transformation

About You

Proven experience in hygiene management within food manufacturing

Strong knowledge of HACCP, COSHH, and allergen control
