Senior Kinaxis Consultant - French Speaking

Remote with occasional onsite travel (costs covered by client)

We are currently supporting a major consulting client with a requirement for a French speaking Senior Kinaxis Consultant to support a complex end customer project in the hi-tech/advanced manufacturing space.

The end customer has invested heavily in Kinaxis but currently has several use cases that are not delivering the expected value. They need a senior consultant who can work closely with the business, understand how they are using the system, identify where issues are coming from, and help them get more value from the platform.

This is not a pure architect role, the successful consultant will work with the Solution Architect and act as the key bridge between the French-speaking business users, the architect, and the technical/project team.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with French-speaking business stakeholders to understand current Kinaxis pain points and use cases.
• Review how the business is currently using Kinaxis and identify why expected benefits are not being achieved.
• Act as the link between the business, Solution Architect, and technical delivery team.
• Support the improvement and optimisation of existing Kinaxis use cases.
• Advise on best practice across Kinaxis Supply Planning functionality.
• Help the customer improve adoption, usability, and value from the Kinaxis solution.
• Travel onsite when required, likely in short 2-day periods, with travel and accommodation covered.

Key Skills Required

• Strong Kinaxis experience, ideally as a Solution Architect/Senior Consultant/Solution Consultant.
• Fluent French and strong English communication skills.
• Strong business-facing consulting experience.
• Ability to work alongside a Solution Architect and translate business issues into solution improvements.
• Strong Supply Planning experience.
• Expertise or strong experience with MLS.
• Experience with Attribute-Based Planning.
• Experience with Co/By-Product functionality.
• Ability to diagnose complex planning issues and advise on improvements.
• Comfortable working in a complex enterprise environment.

Nice to Have

• Hi-tech, semiconductor, electronics, or advanced manufacturing experience.
• Experience with yield-related planning issues.
• Experience supporting customers where Kinaxis is already live but not delivering expected value.
• Experience across multiple Kinaxis projects or complex planning environments.
