Cyber Security Architect - DV Cleared
We are seeking an experienced DV cleared Cyber Security Architect to support a high-profile Defence technology programme delivering secure cloud, AI/ML, and DevSecOps capabilities within highly classified environments.
This role will be responsible for defining security architecture, managing risk and assurance activities, and ensuring secure-by-design principles are Embedded throughout the development life cycle.

- DevSecOps and Secure CI/CD Pipelines
- Cloud Security (AWS, Azure or Hybrid Environments)
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)

- Security Controls for AI/ML Platforms and Data Flows
- Cross-Domain Security and Secure Information Exchange
- Security Governance, Accreditation and Compliance
- Experience working within Defence, National Security or Highly Secure Environments
Responsibilities
- Define and govern security architecture across cloud, DevSecOps, and AI/ML platforms.
- Conduct threat modelling, security risk assessments, and architecture reviews.
- Develop security patterns, standards, and controls for secure solution delivery.
- Support accreditation, assurance, and compliance activities.
- Provide security guidance to engineering, DevOps, and platform teams.
- Drive adoption of DevSecOps and security automation best practices.
- Engage with technical and senior stakeholders to communicate security risks and recommendations.
- Support secure multinational collaboration and data-sharing initiatives.
Requirements
- Active DV Clearance.
- Proven experience as a Security Architect within Defence, Government, National Security, or other highly regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of secure cloud architectures, DevSecOps, and modern security frameworks
