We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a leading Private Banking division . This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a prestigious banking environment, supporting VIP client services through a vital back-office function.
About the Role
Working within the UK Private Banking team, you will be responsible for processing a variety of administration tasks and workflows across multiple teams. This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same. While the position is not customer-facing, your work will play a key role in supporting the delivery of exceptional service to high-net-worth and VIP clients.
Key responsibilities include:
Processing a range of administrative workflows accurately and efficiently
Managing and updating records across internal systems
Working across different areas of the operation, handling varied administration tasks
Ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail at all times
Supporting the wider team with operational and processing activities
Maintaining compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirementsWhat We're Looking For
Essential:
Previous administration experience within an office-based environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Experience using SharePoint
Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentDesirable:
Complaints handling experience
Previous experience within financial services or bankingWorking Pattern
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Initial 6-week training period fully office-based
Following successful completion of training, hybrid working will be available
Minimum 40% office attendance, with office days determined by business needs
