T&K Associates are excited to be recruiting for a Soldering Operative to join our Client in Loughborough on a permanent basis!

As a Soldering Operative, you will play a key role in the manufacturing and assembly of high-quality products, with a particular focus on through-hole soldering and electronic assembly. You will work accurately and efficiently to ensure all products are completed to a high standard and in line with company quality procedures.

Soldering Operative Job Details & Benefits;

* £25,800 per annum

* 37 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 7:30am – 15:30pm and Friday 7:00am – 12:00pm

Soldering Operative Role and Responsibilities include;

* Soldering electric components including through -hole soldering

* Completing wire preparations, connections and crimping

* PCB Assembly and component placements

* Product programming, testing and calibration

* Producing products to a high standard and maintaining quality and attention to detail

* Working to daily and weekly production targets

* Remaining compliant with processes and standards

* Follow work instructions, drawings and process documentation

* Report any quality issues to supervisors

Soldering Operative Person Specification;

* We are looking for someone who has previous experience in electronics manufacturing

* Understanding of electronics and mechanical assembly

* Experience in through-hole soldering and small component work

* Reliable and Punctual

* Ability to work independently or as part of a team

* Positive can-do attitude
