We are currently recruiting for a Production / Assembly Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business with an excellent reputation for producing high-quality lighting solutions for commercial and industrial environments.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is looking to build a long-term career within a supportive and growing business.
The Role
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8:00am – 4:45pm
30-minute unpaid lunch break
Working as part of the production team, you'll be responsible for assembling electrical products to a high standard while supporting general warehouse operations.
Full training will be provided; however, previous assembly or production experience would be advantageous.
Duties Include:
Assembling products using hand and power tools
Wiring plugs and completing basic electrical assembly work
Following work instructions and production specifications
Carrying out quality checks throughout the assembly process
Picking and packing finished products
Supporting general warehouse duties as required
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
Working as part of a busy production team to meet daily targets
Skills:
Previous production, assembly or warehouse experience is desirable
Confidence using hand tools
Good attention to detail
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable with excellent timekeeping
Able to work well independently and as part of a team
Qualifications:
Training provided
