Anderson Knight is delighted to announce that we are seeking a talented Part Qualified Management Accountant for a reputable company in the Manufacturing industry. This is an exciting chance to join a fast-paced environment where you will provide assistance to senior managers and help drive performance.
As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting financial reports, delivering insightful analysis to senior management and producing forecasts that support informed decision-making and drive continuous improvement across internal processes.
The main duties of this role include:
• Analysing financial data and trends to provide valuable insight into business performance.
• Preparing management accounts, reports and dashboards to support senior management.
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and monitoring income and expenditure.
• Producing variance analysis and explaining key movements against budget and forecast.
• Supporting senior management by providing financial information to aid business decision-making.
• Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes, controls and reporting.
• Monitoring key financial and operational KPIs, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
• Working closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Assisting with month-end and year-end processes, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Providing ad hoc financial analysis and support as required.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
• Part Qualified ACCA or CIMA / Qualified by Experience
• Experience working in the Manufacturing sector is advantageous
• Strong IT Skills in Excel and experience with systems such as Sage, Xero or Oracle
• Possessing both strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently if required
• Ability to work in a fast paced, professional environment
• Confidence in analysing and deconstructing data
