The successful SEN TA will work closely with class teachers and the wider support staff to deliver tailored interventions and ensure pupils are fully supported in their learning journey.
About the Role
As a SEN TA, you will support pupils with a range of special educational needs, working on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. You will play an important role in creating a calm, structured, and inclusive learning environment where every child can succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with additional needs
Assist teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated learning activities
Adapt resources to support individual learning needs
Encourage confidence, independence, and positive behaviour
Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families
Support pupils' emotional, social, and academic developmentAbout You

Strong communication and teamwork skills
