Senior Building Surveyor

The role focuses on leading project and professional building surveying instructions, managing client relationships and supporting junior surveyors within an established independent consultancy.

Responsibilities

* Lead professional and project building surveying commissions

* Manage client relationships and identify additional work opportunities

* Prepare technical reports and provide independent professional advice

* Deliver commissions to agreed quality, programme and budget

* Mentor junior surveyors and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Requirements

* Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline

* MRICS or equivalent preferred

* Consultancy building surveying experience

* Experience delivering professional and project surveying services

* Strong commercial property knowledge with client management experience

Salary & Package

* £60,000–£75,000 basic salary

* £4,391 car allowance
