The Role

This Learning Support Assistant role is a full-time, permanent opportunity supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and the SEN department to provide classroom support, deliver one-to-one and small group interventions, and help students overcome barriers to learning.

The successful Learning Support Assistant will build positive relationships with pupils, encourage engagement in lessons and support students with a range of additional learning needs.
