The ideal Graduate SEN TA will have:

A degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology, Childhood Studies, or a related subject.
A genuine interest in supporting children with additional needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient, positive, and adaptable approach to learning support.
The ability to build trusting relationships with pupils and colleagues.
