Salary: £25,845 per annual
Flexible shifts across all days
Full UK automatic driving license essential / Must be flexible for all shifts - AM, PM, Waking Nights and Sleep Ins.

Eleven 11 Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for compassionate and motivated Support Workers to join a supportive team in Margate. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a role where every day is different, helping individuals achieve independence and enjoy fulfilling lives.

This is a fantastic opportunity whether you already have experience in care or are looking for a career change. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

What you'll be doing:
• Supporting individuals with learning disabilities and communication needs in daily activities
• Encouraging independence and community engagement
• Supporting social activities and helping maintain relationships with family and friends
• Assisting with shopping, household tasks and day-to-day living
• Supporting with personal care where required
• Helping create a positive, enjoyable and safe environment every day
• Driving service users using mobility vehicles where needed

What we're looking for:
• Full UK manual driving licence – essential
• Access to your own vehicle – essential
• Flexible approach to working shifts across weekdays and weekends
• Positive, caring and reliable attitude
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential
