Working with cutting-edge embroidery and digital print technology, initially working in our dedicated workshop for the preparation, repair, and servicing of our products.
Playing a key role in keeping businesses running smoothly

Whether you're experienced or looking to step up from a technical background, full product training is provided—we’ll help you become an expert.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Checking and preparing new machinery pre delivery to the customer.
Repair and Servicing of returned equipment.
Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs (planned and reactive)
Continuously learning new products and technologies
Managing service records, reports, and customer updates
Occasional site visits to assist with equipment installation.
What We’re Looking For:
You don’t need to know everything—we’re more interested in your attitude and potential.
You’ll likely have:
Experience in a technical or electro-mechanical role (print, embroidery, sewing, or similar industries are a bonus)
A practical, problem-solving mindset
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic IT skills (Windows, Word, Excel, etc.)
Good organisation and the ability to work independently
What You’ll Get:
