Lead Mosaic Developer - Hybrid - 6 month contract - £450 PD Inside IR 35

The position will be working for a successful and government led organisation that is seeking a Mosaic Developer who has strong capabilities in Access Community Gateway online forms. The chosen Lead Mosaic Developer must have experience working within a local borough or council with capabilites in online portal for Mosaic.

The Lead Systems Developer will be responsible for the successful development children's social care case management system (mosaic) which utilises a range of development languages JavaScript and SQL.

Responsibilities:
The chosen candida will be responsible for making changes to our clients existing case management system so that business process become more efficient and user friendly. You will collaborate with business analysts, front-end social work teams and performance teams to delivery high quality applications and user experiences within agile environment.

To lead project teams with responsibility for systems development for Children's Services, ensuring user needs are considered and that system development balances the needs of all stakeholders (including performance reporting) whilst promoting lean and efficient delivery and operations.
To analyse business need, define business processes and requirements, making best use of people and systems. Produce and maintain business process maps and maintain a library of processes.
To work closely with operational colleagues to ensure the correct use of case management systems (in line with statutory requirements) is incorporated into operational procedures.
To develop and oversee a comprehensive programme of system change specifications and implement change requirements methodically working closely with the Assistant Director (Children’s Social Care and Youth Inclusion), Head of Performance, Operational Heads of Service and Operational IT teamRole Requirements:

To build Access Community Gateway online forms
To develop the online portal for Mosaic
To work with service designer and other designers to build and deploy forms
To build, mentor and support junior Mosaic developers in the team.
Previous system development experience ideally within a local borough or council.
You must have system development within, Children Social Care, Children Services, Adult Services or Youth Inclusion Division.
Experience working with BA’ and PM’s within an AGILE environment.
