The Role
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Lead classes using pre-planned lessons across EYFS to KS2
* Deliver intervention programmes to individuals and small groups
* Support teachers in raising attainment and pupil engagement
* Encourage positive behaviour and a productive classroom environment
* Monitor progress and share feedback with teaching staff
The Ideal Candidate
* Holds HLTA status or has equivalent classroom experience
* Has experience confidently covering lessons within a primary school
* Can deliver effective interventions to support learning outcomes
* Is adaptable, organised and proactive
* Builds positive relationships with pupils and colleagues
