Hourly rate: £13.29, increasing after 6 months.

About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service & Connections Advisor to join our team in Cambuslang. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and delivering a high standard of customer service.
As the first point of contact for customers, you will manage enquiries, provide support, and ensure a positive experience throughout every interaction. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Update customer records and maintain accurate system data.
Escalate complex queries where appropriate and follow through to resolution.
Support customer onboarding and ongoing account management activities.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve service delivery.
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
About You
Previous experience in a customer service, advisor, or contact centre role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A professional and solution-focused approach to customer interactions.
Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
Competent in Microsoft Office and customer management systems.
A team player with a genuine commitment to delivering excellent service.
