Are you an Electrician with an electrical qualification looking to take the next step in your career and become a fully qualified Maintenance Engineer through industry-leading on-the-job training?

You'll receive structured training from experienced Maintenance Engineers, gaining hands-on experience with specialist manufacturing machinery while building the skills needed for a long-term career in engineering.

As part of their continued growth, they are looking to recruit ambitious Electricians who are eager to learn, develop new skills, and progress into fully competent Maintenance Engineers.

You will receive comprehensive training across planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, machinery repair, and continuous improvement techniques. Working alongside experienced engineers, you'll develop both your electrical and mechanical skillset while gaining exposure to modern automated production equipment.

This role would suit an Electrician who is motivated to learn, wants to develop into a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, and is looking to build a long-term career within a market-leading manufacturer that offers excellent progression opportunities.

The Role:

Full on-the-job training to become a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Learn planned and reactive maintenance on specialist manufacturing machinery
Develop fault-finding and continuous improvement skills with support from experienced engineers
Nights (4 on 4 off)
