Change Project Manager | Business Transformation | Manufacturing (Dutch Speaking)

We're looking for an experienced Change Project Manager to lead organizational change activities within a large-scale business transformation programme in a complex manufacturing environment.

In this role, you'll be responsible for driving change execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness activities, and adoption plans are delivered successfully. You will work closely with business leaders, project teams, PMOs, IT, and external implementation partners to support a major enterprise transformation initiative.

What we're looking for:

• 5-8 years' experience managing large-scale transformation programmes
• Strong organisational change management experience
• Experience supporting ERP, SAP, or enterprise system transformations
• Proven stakeholder management across business and IT functions
• Strong governance, planning, reporting, and project coordination skills
• Experience working within structured PMO and programme environments
• Background within manufacturing, FMCG, food production, dairy, ingredients, or process industries is highly preferred

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver change activities against the Change Action Plan
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and communications
• Manage training deployment and readiness activities
• Track risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and resistance management
• Monitor progress and provide governance reporting
• Support go-live readiness and adoption activities across the business
