The Role
As a Residential Support Worker, you will:
Provide high-quality care and emotional support to students within the residential setting.
Encourage independence and promote personal development.
Support students with daily routines, social activities and life skills.
Help create a safe, welcoming and supportive home-from-home environment.
Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and the wider care team to ensure the best outcomes for every child.What We're Looking For
We're looking for caring, patient and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs.
You will ideally have:
A positive and compassionate approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work as part of a supportive team.
Resilience, reliability and a genuine desire to make a difference.Previous experience in care, education or support work is beneficial but not essential, as full training and ongoing professional development will be provided.
