Are you a passionate and dedicated QTS-qualified Secondary Humanities Teacher looking for a rewarding long-term opportunity?
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Humanities Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school from September for the full academic year. This is a full-time role with a full teaching timetable, delivering engaging Humanities lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
The Role
* Teach Humanities to KS3 and KS4 students.
* Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons.
* Assess, mark and provide constructive feedback in line with school policies.
* Monitor student progress and support learners to achieve their full potential.
* Work collaboratively with the Humanities department and wider school team.
* Contribute positively to the school's learning environment.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Experience teaching Humanities at secondary level (KS3 and KS4).
* Strong classroom management skills.
* Excellent planning, assessment and marking abilities.
* A commitment to raising achievement and inspiring students.
* Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents.
