Multi Trader – Permanent
Location: London (covering sites across London)
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday
Company Vehicle: Van and fuel card provided

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established contractor for an experienced Multi Trader to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and reliable tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high-quality work across occupied domestic properties throughout London.

The Role

As a Multi Trader, you will carry out a variety of planned and reactive maintenance works, including:

Kitchen installations
Bathroom installations
Carpentry repairs and installations
Wall and floor tiling
Basic plumbing works
General multi-trade maintenance
Finishing and snagging works
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard while maintaining excellent customer service
Requirements

Proven experience as a Multi Trader within domestic properties
Strong carpentry skills
Experience fitting kitchens and bathrooms
Competent in tiling and basic plumbing
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
Excellent attention to detail and a professional attitude
