We are looking for an experienced Adult Nurse Manager to join a respected complex care provider covering North London. This Adult Nurse Manager role offers a salary of up to £45,000, hybrid working, Monday to Friday hours, and an excellent benefits package.

As an Adult Nurse Manager, you will:
• Create and manage personalised care plans for adults with complex needs
• Carry out clinical assessments, nursing interventions and medication management
• Lead, train and support a team of carers
• Build strong relationships with clients and their families
• Work closely with CHC teams, commissioners and the wider MDT
About you:
• Active NMC PIN as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
• Experience with tracheostomy care and ventilator support
• Leadership experience at Band 5, Band 6 or equivalent level
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
