We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and passionate Psychology Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Enfield from September 2026. This is a full-time opportunity offered through our Trust Framework, beginning with a 12-week temporary placement before becoming a permanent position for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will inspire students through engaging and thought-provoking Psychology lessons, fostering a positive learning environment where all pupils are encouraged to achieve their full potential. This role is suitable for an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to develop within a supportive department.

Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents/carers to support student progress.
Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.
Uphold the school's safeguarding and behaviour policies at all times.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification is essential.
Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply and will receive excellent support.
Experience teaching Psychology at secondary level is desirable.
A strong subject knowledge of Psychology and familiarity with GCSE and/or A Level specifications is advantageous.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
A positive, proactive and reflective approach to teaching.
