We're partnering with a leading UK organisation to recruit an experienced Programme Manager to lead a high-profile organisational transformation programme.
You'll lead a complex business change programme focused on policy, professional standards, governance, people, processes and organisational change. The programme will shape how the organisation operates and delivers its services, requiring strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and change delivery expertise.
This is an opportunity to own a strategically important programme from mobilisation through to implementation, ensuring change is successfully Embedded into business-as-usual and the intended benefits are realised.
The RoleAs Programme Manager, you'll take overall responsibility for delivering a significant organisation-wide transformation programme. You'll establish effective governance, lead multidisciplinary teams, manage programme budgets and risks, and provide clear reporting to senior leadership.
You'll work across multiple business areas, bringing people together to deliver lasting change and ensuring the organisation is ready to adopt new ways of working.
Key responsibilities include:

Leading the end-to-end delivery of a complex organisational transformation programme.

Developing and maintaining programme plans, governance and delivery controls.

Managing programme budgets, resources and third-party suppliers.
-
Identifying and managing programme risks, issues and dependencies.
-
Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
-
Driving effective stakeholder engagement, communications and change management activities.
-
Monitoring programme performance, reporting progress and supporting informed decision-making.
-
Ensuring benefits are realised and change is successfully Embedded into business-as-usual.

Leading and supporting programme resources to deliver successful outcomes.
You'll be an experienced Programme Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex business transformation or organisational change programmes.
We're particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate experience of:

Leading large-scale organisational or business change programmes with multiple stakeholders and interdependencies.

Delivering policy, operational, regulatory or process-led transformation rather than purely technology or systems implementation.

Establishing effective programme governance and managing delivery through structured programme management approaches.
-
Managing programme budgets, risks, issues, dependencies and benefits realisation.
-
Influencing and engaging senior stakeholders across complex organisations.

Managing third-party suppliers and delivery partners.
-
Successfully embedding change into operational teams and ensuring long-term adoption.
Experience within the public sector, regulation, healthcare, education, charities or other complex organisations would be advantageous but isn't essential.

Salary of £72,000-£80,000 (London) or £67,000-£74,500 (Edinburgh).
