What We're Looking For

You don't need logistics experience - just the right attitude and transferable skills.

Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly

Excellent communication and coaching ability

Organised, calm and able to work in a fast‑paced environment

Why This Role Stands Out

This is a rare chance to join a major UK delivery network during a period of rapid growth. You'll gain valuable operational experience, develop coaching skills, and play a key part in keeping courier operations running smoothly across multiple sites.

With 18 positions available, this is one of the largest onboarding projects of the year - and a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to step into logistics, operations or people‑support roles.
