Are you an experienced Motor Vehicle Lecturer looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking passionate and dedicated teaching professionals to join our automotive team and help develop the next generation of skilled technicians.

This is an exciting opportunity to teach within a well-equipped learning environment, delivering high-quality education across a range of Motor Vehicle programmes while enjoying excellent career development, generous annual leave and an outstanding pension package.

You will deliver engaging theory and practical lessons across Level 1 to Level 3 Motor Vehicle Service and Repair programmes, helping learners gain the knowledge, skills and confidence required for employment or progression within the automotive industry.

The Role

As a Motor Vehicle Lecturer, you will:

Deliver high-quality classroom and workshop-based teaching.
Teach learners across Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 Motor Vehicle programmes.
Support full-time students, adult learners and apprentices.
Inspire, motivate and develop the next generation of automotive technicians.
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet awarding body requirements.
Assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback and maintain accurate records.
Contribute to high standards of teaching, learning and assessment.
Promote a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment.

What We're Looking For

A recognised teaching qualification (essential).
NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle (or equivalent).
Relevant industry experience within the motor vehicle sector.
A passion for teaching and developing future automotive professionals.
Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
A commitment to delivering outstanding learning experiences and supporting learner success.

What We Offer

Salary of £33,000 - £38,000 per annum.
Full-time, permanent position.
