* Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided.

* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are implemented.

Skills and Experience Required:

* Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.

* Previous experience in a nursing home or similar healthcare setting is highly desirable.

* Strong clinical skills and the ability to manage complex care needs.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach.

* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently during night shifts.
