The Role – Senior Recruitment Consultant (360 Recruitment)
You will be responsible for:

Managing and developing a successful 360 recruitment desk
Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
Sourcing, screening and interviewing high-quality candidates
Managing temporary and permanent recruitment vacancies
Driving business development through sales calls, client meetings and account growth
Achieving KPIs, revenue targets and personal performance goals
Working closely with compliance and operations teams to deliver exceptional service
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced hours during school holidays)

Who We're Looking For
Recruitment Consultants, Resourcers or Delivery Consultants from any sector
Experience within recruitment, staffing or talent acquisition
Ambitious individuals looking to develop within a 360 recruitment and sales environment
Strong communicators with excellent relationship-building skills
Commercially focused, proactive and target-driven professionals
Full UK driving licence preferred
