Employee Benefits Specialist
Portfolio are delighted to represent our client in their search for an Employee Benefits Specialist. Our client is dedicated to service excellence with a focus on making a difference for their staff and clients. They want their staff to succeed and provide opportunities to achieve career goals in the long term.
As part of our client's established team, you will be responsible for advising a range of clients from different sectors on employee benefits, ensuring that you provide a tailored service to meet their individual business requirements. With up-to-date knowledge of the benefits landscape, you will utilise this knowledge to ensure effective service delivery within the employee benefits space.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Engaging with a variety of clients from different sectors and building strong relationships to fully understand business needs
Utilising market knowledge to advise on wider benefits strategy and tailoring packages for individual clients
Creating clear and engaging communication materials to educate employees about their benefits
Analysis of current benefits offerings with a view to identifying gaps or improvements
Required skills and experience include, but not limited to:
Degree educated in a relevant field.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently and to a high standard
Proficient in benefits administration software and tools.
