This is a role for an accomplished Senior Executive Assistant who enjoys operating with autonomy, influencing priorities, and building trusted relationships with Board members, investors and senior stakeholders. You'll join a collaborative business where your judgement, discretion and organisational expertise will have a visible impact.
Package & Benefits
• Salary £50,000 to £55,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
• Partner closely with the Managing Director, managing priorities, diary commitments and acting as a trusted gatekeeper.
• Lead Board and governance administration, including Board packs, minute taking and tracking actions through to completion.
• Prepare high-quality presentations, investor materials and senior communications while managing confidential information with absolute discretion.
• Coordinate strategic projects, executive travel, senior events and office operations to ensure the executive function runs efficiently.
About You
• Significant experience as a Senior Executive Assistant supporting an MD, CEO or Board within financial services, property finance, professional services or a similarly fast-paced commercial environment.
• Proven experience managing Board governance, including Board packs, minute taking and Board administration.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills with experience producing high-quality executive presentations and documentation.
