Machine Operative

Talent Guardian are recruiting for a Machine Operative for our client based in Andover, Hampshire.

MUST be able to drive due to location
Location: Hungerford, Berkshire
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment.

Shift Options:
Morning Shift: 5:45am - 2:15pm
Evening Shift: 1:45pm - 10:15pm

The Role:

Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
Working with sawdust, hay and animal bedding products
Packing finished products ready for dispatch
Monitoring machine performance and reporting any issues
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
General warehouse and production duties as required Requirements:

Previous experience as a Machine Operative or within a warehouse/production environment
Comfortable working with sawdust, hay and bedding materials
Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and health & safety awareness
Must be able to drive due to the location, as there is no accessible public transport What's on Offer
