Groundworker

We're looking for a reliable, hard‑working Groundworker to support our civils and drainage teams on a range of essential infrastructure projects. You'll assist skilled operatives, keep the site running smoothly, and play a key role in the safe, efficient delivery of day‑to‑day activities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with site preparation, unloading and organising materials, tools and equipment
Support operatives with digging trenches, drainage work and general groundwork
Follow instructions from supervisors and report any hazards or issues promptly
Support drainage teams with repair and installation tasks (where trained)

Desirable:

CSCS card
Streetworks (NRSWA)
Full UK driving licence
Experience in drainage, civils or groundworks
