My client a leading luxury tour operator specialising in creating exceptional travel experiences for discerning clients worldwide are recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join their successful team in the Greater Manchester area. They are ideally looking for a creative, commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead their marketing strategy, strengthen the companies brand presence and drive customer acquisition across multiple channels.

The role in a nutshell

As Marketing Manager you will report into the senior leadership team, you'll take ownership of the company's marketing activity, developing and delivering campaigns that inspire luxury travellers and generate high-quality enquiries. This is a hands-on role combining strategic planning with day-to-day execution, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both creativity and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy.
Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
Manage website content and work with developers to improve user experience and conversion rates.
Lead SEO, PPC, email marketing and social media activity.
Create engaging content including blogs, destination guides, newsletters and promotional campaigns.
Oversee brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools and provide regular reporting and recommendations.
Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, photographers and media partners.
Support product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns.
Work closely with the sales and product teams to maximise commercial opportunities.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure strong return on investment.About You

You'll be an enthusiastic marketer with excellent organisational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional campaigns.

You'll ideally have:

At least 3 years' experience in a marketing role, with experience at manager level preferred.
Strong digital marketing knowledge, including SEO, PPC, email marketing and paid social.
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
Experience using Google Analytics and CRM/email marketing platforms.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Creative thinking combined with commercial awareness.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience within travel, luxury, hospitality or lifestyle brands would be highly advantageous.The Package
