French Speaking Operations Executive | London | Hybrid | Competitive Salary DOE

Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a leading and fast-growing DMC who are recruiting a French Speaking Operations Executive to join their London team.

The Role:

As French Speaking Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing confirmed group bookings from start to finish, ensuring all services are booked accurately and delivered to the highest standard. You will liaise closely with Business Development teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless group operations across the UK and Ireland, while maintaining strong commercial awareness and attention to detail throughout the booking process.

You Will Have:

• Minimum 2 years' experience within a UK & Ireland inbound tour operator in a group operations role
• Proven experience operating group travel bookings
• Fluent English and French language skills (essential)
• Spanish language skills would be advantageous
• Strong knowledge of UK and Ireland as destinations
• Good understanding of market rates and supplier pricing
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
