Job Description
As an Agency Registered Nurse, you will deliver expert clinical care and support across a variety of settings, including care homes, nursing homes, supported living services, and more. You will be expected to lead shifts, administer medications, support care staff, and ensure that service users receive the highest standard of care.
Responsibilities
Provide person-centred nursing care tailored to individual needs
Administer medication safely and in line with NMC guidelines
Supervise and support healthcare assistants and junior staff
Accurately record and report clinical notes and incidents
Ensure compliance with infection control and safeguarding policies
Promote dignity, choice, and independence at all timesRequirements
Valid NMC registration (RGN, RMN, or RNLD)
Minimum 6 months UK nursing experience in a care setting
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
Up-to-date mandatory training (or willingness to complete)
Excellent clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
