Location: Suffolk
Salary: Up to £55,000 + Sales Bonus + Company Car

Join a Growing HVAC Specialist Are you an experienced HVAC Technical Sales Engineer with a proven track record in air conditioning and refrigeration sales?
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established HVAC business looking to add a technically minded sales professional to their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can combine technical expertise with commercial acumen, delivering tailored HVAC solutions and building long-term customer relationships.
Working across Suffolk and the surrounding areas, you'll play a key role in supporting customers from initial enquiry through to quotation, designing HVAC systems, conducting site surveys and securing new business.

The Role
As an HVAC Technical Sales Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing customers with technically sound and commercially competitive air conditioning and refrigeration solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting customer site surveys to assess project requirements.
Designing commercial HVAC, air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
Preparing accurate, competitive quotations and technical proposals.
Providing expert technical advice and product recommendations.
Managing enquiries from initial enquiry through to project award.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Working closely with internal engineering and operations teams to deliver successful projects.
Negotiating and closing sales opportunities.
Ensuring all proposals meet customer specifications while remaining commercially competitive. About You To be successful in this role, you'll have:

Proven experience in a Technical Sales Engineer, HVAC Sales Engineer or similar role within the air conditioning and refrigeration industry.
Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
Experience carrying out site surveys and producing technical quotations.
The ability to interpret customer requirements, specifications and drawings.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A commercial mindset with a demonstrable history of winning new business and developing customer accounts.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
A full UK driving licence. What's on Offer
