Test Technician Required to work for electronics manufacturer Based in the St. Ives area of Cambridgeshire - Immediate Start Available

Key Responsibilities

Perform functional testing of electronic assemblies, PCBs, and finished products.
Diagnose and fault-find down to component level on analogue and digital electronic circuits.
Use test equipment including oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, signal generators, spectrum analysers, and power supplies.
Record test results, repair actions, and non-conformances in accordance with company procedures.
Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.
Liaise with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues.
Ensure all work complies with quality standards, ESD procedures, and health and safety requirements.Essential Skills & Experience

Previous experience in electronic test based work
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills to component level.
Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and engineering drawings.
Experience using:
Oscilloscopes
Digital multimeters (DMM)
Signal/function generators
Bench power supplies
Logic analysers (desirable)
Good attention to detail and methodical approach to troubleshooting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Additional Info

Hours: (Apply online only) Mon-Thurs, plus Fri (Apply online only).
