The Company you will be working with;

The Role you will be doing;
As Accounting Manager, you will oversee all financial accounting activities across multiple entities, ensuring compliance with both statutory requirements and internal group standards. You will play a key role in driving process improvement, enhancing reporting accuracy, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise accounting operations across your area of responsibility
* Manage the monthly close process and ensure accurate, timely reporting
* Ensure compliance with statutory, fiscal, and group accounting standards
* Oversee tax compliance including declarations and regulatory requirements
* Coordinate audits and manage relationships with external advisors
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes
* Partner with controlling teams on budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
* Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions where required
* Lead, develop, and motivate a team, including performance management and training
About You;
* Proven experience in a senior accounting or finance management role
* Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting, tax, and compliance
* Experience of managing month-end and year-end processes
* Demonstrated leadership and team management capability
* Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
* Comfortable working within a structured, process-driven environment
* Proficient in ERP systems and financial reporting tools
* Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) preferred
