Are you a graduate engineer looking to build a long-term career within Building Services and HVAC?

We're looking for an ambitious Graduate Technical Project Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a Mechanical Engineering or Building Services degree who has gained some industry experience and is ready to take the next step in their career.

Whether you've completed a graduate programme, worked in a consultancy, contractor, manufacturer or completed an industrial placement, this role offers the opportunity to develop into a technically skilled project engineer within a supportive and experienced team.

You'll receive structured training, mentoring and ongoing professional development, giving you the opportunity to build a rewarding career in a specialist engineering sector.

The Role

Working alongside experienced engineers, you'll support the delivery of technical HVAC and Building Services projects from initial enquiry through to completion.

As your time in industry develops, you'll become involved in:

* Reviewing engineering specifications and project documentation.

* Assisting with the selection of HVAC and ventilation products and systems.

* Producing technical proposals and quotations.

* Supporting consultants, contractors and customers with technical enquiries.

* Working with senior engineers to develop practical engineering solutions.

* Coordinating project information across engineering, manufacturing and commercial teams.

* Attending project meetings and occasional site visits.

* Maintaining project records and supporting project delivery through to completion.

* Developing a strong understanding of HVAC systems, Building Services design and project management.

This is a varied engineering role that combines technical problem solving, project coordination and customer support.

About You

We're looking for someone who is keen to learn, enjoys solving technical problems and wants to build a career within engineering.

Ideally you'll have:

* Degree, HND or HNC in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a closely related discipline.

* Around 1-3 years' industry experience, including placements or graduate roles.

* Exposure to Building Services, HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, M&E, construction or engineering manufacturing.

* An interest in technical project engineering and customer-focused engineering solutions.

* Good communication and organisational skills.

* The ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical information.

* A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn from experienced engineers.

* Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

Previous experience within HVAC or ventilation would be advantageous but is not essential, as full product and systems training will be provided.

What You'll Receive

* Full technical training from experienced long serving members of the team.

* Mentoring and ongoing professional support.

* Exposure to a wide range of commercial engineering projects.

* Competitive salary and benefits package.

* Company pension.

* Life assurance.

Location: East Anglia (Hybrid Working Available)

If you're looking for an engineering role where you'll receive excellent training, genuine responsibility and a clear pathway for career progression, we'd love to hear from you
