Location: Maldon, Essex
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Contract: Temporary
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm

We are recruiting for a Factory Operative to join a well-established and growing manufacturing and production company based in Maldon, Essex.

This is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop new skills in a temporary position with long-term permanent opportunities for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities of the Factory Operative:

Carrying out basic assembly work
Using hand tools safely and effectively
Palletising finished products
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Following all health and safety procedures
Supporting the wider production team as requiredRequirements:

Previous factory or manufacturing experience
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A good level of physical fitness, with the ability to bend, twist and carry out manual lifting
A reliable, hardworking attitude with a willingness to learn
The ability to remain on your feet throughout the working dayPay & Hours:
