Our client is looking for a dedicated Payroll Administrator to become part of their friendly and collaborative HR department. This is a permanent role supporting a diverse staff community and managing a complex teachers' payroll that keeps the school running smoothly.
You'll be part of a team that values accuracy, communication, and shared problem‑solving. Using I‑Trent, you'll help ensure every member of staff is paid correctly and on time, while supporting colleagues with clear, confident guidance on payroll matters.
In This Role, You Will:
Run monthly payroll for teaching and support staff, handling varied pay structures and term‑time arrangements.
Maintain HRIS data in I‑Trent, ensuring all changes are captured accurately.
Support staff with payroll queries, pension questions, and pay‑related advice.
Collaborate with HR and Finance colleagues to deliver a seamless service.
Contribute to improvements in payroll processes and reporting.

Are confident using I‑Trent or similar payroll systems would be beneficial
