What You’ll Do
• Support the accuracy, maintenance, and development of Management Information Systems (MIS) across the college
• Input, check, and validate data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and funding requirements are met
• Produce reports, dashboards, and statistical returns for internal and external stakeholders
• Support enrolment, funding, and audit processes through high-quality data management
• Liaise with curriculum and support teams to ensure timely and accurate data capture
• Assist in maintaining system integrity and improving administrative processes
• Support the use of digital systems including MIS platforms, spreadsheets, and reporting tools

• A Level 3 qualification or above in Business Administration, IT, Data, or a related discipline
• Experience working in an administrative, data, or systems-focused role
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data handling
