We are looking for an ambitious Finance Business Partner to join a growing business where finance is at the heart of commercial decision-making.
This is more than a reporting role. You will work alongside operational leaders, turning financial data into meaningful insight that drives growth, improves performance and supports strategic decisions across a specialist operational division.

* Partnering with operational leaders to provide proactive financial support and commercial insight.
* Translating complex financial information into clear, practical recommendations.
* Producing meaningful analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
* Supporting budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
* Developing financial models to assess investment opportunities, pricing strategies and business cases.
* Challenging performance through robust analysis of costs, revenue and profitability.
* Supporting strategic projects with scenario modelling and commercial evaluations.
* Working closely with colleagues across finance to deliver accurate reporting and consistent financial governance.
* Identifying opportunities to improve reporting, systems and financial processes.
* Contributing to month-end reporting and ensuring the accuracy of financial information
