Overview
A fantastic National leading manufacturing company are looking for a strong Maintenance Manager to lead the engineering function, driving plant reliability, PPM delivery and OEE improvement while ensuring safe and compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage mechanical and electrical engineering activity across site
Deliver and optimise PPM strategy to maximise uptime
Lead, develop and prioritise a multi-skilled engineering team
Drive OEE, reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
Coordinate breakdown response to minimise downtime
Manage contractors, spares, budgets and compliance

About You

Time-served engineer with strong mechanical and electrical skills
Experience leading engineering teams in manufacturing
Proven track record in PPM, fault finding and root cause analysis
Strong planning, leadership and commercial awarenessWhat’s on Offer

Opportunity to shape and develop the engineering function on site
