CNC Programmer Operator

Job Profile – CNC Programmer, Operator Rugby

Siamo Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced CNC Programmer operator to work with an established company in Rugby.
This state of the art, subcontract manufacturer of precision, machined parts and components are looking for an experienced CNC Sliding Head machine Programmer Operator due to continued growth and expansion.
Duties:

CNC Turning on CNC Sliding Head machine tools Preferably Star and Hanwha fixed Head Lynx.
Experience with managing tooling.
Quality Management
Programming and Operating CNC Sliding Heads with Fanuc controls (Citizen or Star experience).
Working from engineering drawings, producing components from various materials such as Steels, Ali, Titanium, Duplex, Super Duplex, and Inconel.
Batch sizes range from 100s off to 1000s off depending on the customers' needs.
Skills & Attributes:
Must have experience of working on CNC Sliding Head lathes and Fixed Head,
Able to program set and operate CNC Sliding Head lathes and Fixed head and produce components from engineering drawings.Hours of Work:

39hrs per week Flexible
Late Shift Available 2-10pm
Night Shit Available 15:45 – 14:00amJob Type: Full-time

Pay: £17.00-£22.00 per hour (dependant on experience)
