We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering business in Verwood looking to add an Assembly Technician to its dedicated production team. Whether you have previous precision assembly experience or simply have great hands-on skills and a positive attitude, we'd love to hear from you.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and is looking to build a long-term career within a supportive and highly skilled environment.
The duties for the successful Assembly Technician:
You'll be involved in the assembly of precision-engineered products, working to high quality standards and following detailed assembly procedures.
Assembling precision mechanical components.
Following engineering drawings and assembly instructions.
Inspecting completed assemblies for quality and accuracy.
Supporting product testing as your experience develops.
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.Requirements to be considered for this Assembly Technician role:
While previous assembly experience is advantageous, attitude and commitment are just as important.
Practical and hands-on with good mechanical aptitude.
Reliable, dedicated and willing to learn.
Flexible and happy to work occasional additional hours or shifts when business demands require.
Quality-focused with excellent attention to detail.
