About the Role
We are looking for motivated and reliable Production Operatives to join our client's production team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, helping to produce, package, and prepare high-quality products for customers across the UK.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring products are made safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with the production and blending of ingredients.
Preparing materials and packaging for production runs.
Filling, bottling, labelling, and packing finished products.
Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Following all food safety, health & safety, and hygiene procedures.
Cleaning and sanitising production equipment and work areas.
Supporting warehouse and stock control activities when required.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets.Skills and Experience
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
Ability to follow written procedures and safety guidelines.
